Being a dad has been the best things in the world, as well as the most frustrating thing in the world, while also being the most rewarding thing in the world. For those of you that think being the stay at home parent is easy and/or you can do what ever you want let me tell ya it’s NOT. Add a pandemic that prevents you from going out and getting the kids tired by playing outside or just taking a nice walk…yeah things just got harder.

Trying to Be OK

When it comes to posts like this its good to do it all in one sitting, no edits, filters, or censors. I use to do these all the time so this should be a walk in the part…except it’s been years since I’ve actually written stuff like this. Walking always gives my mind a chance to think, I’ve come up with my best story ideas EVER while just walking somewhere. Then there are other times where I’m just thinking about life. Now that’s a mix bag of either myself thinking of the past, stuff going on in the present, or hell me playing out past events, but if I had the chance how I would do over or say over certain things.

Why I Brought the Review Back

I’m sure this surprised a few people, and maybe to some it wasn’t such a surprise…I guess I’m just that predictable when it comes to my passions if that’s the case. When I ended the review back last July I had no intention on bringing it back. I was burnt out on reviews. Honestly even reading comics at the speed I had to in order to record an on time review was majorly burning me out on comics. I had lots of plans and ideas I’d set into motion the moment I ended the review and honestly most went according to how I wanted them to…but Dark Avenger just didn’t feel right. So what led me down the path to return the reviews? Sit back while I try to explain the method to my madness and what I plan for the future.
